(“Luxury Presence,” “us,” or “we”), which owns the LuxuryPresence.com website and hosts various third party real estate websites (collectively, the “Site”), provides this Privacy Policy to explain the ways in which we collect, use, share and protect personal data (“Personal Data”).

This Privacy Policy applies to persons and businesses anywhere in the world that may access the Site. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Site” includes any third-party branded website hosted by Luxury Presence (the “Third-Party Sites”). As used in this Privacy Policy, “Luxury Presence,” “us,” and “we” also means any Third-Party Client if you have visited or used its Third-Party Site.

5. What is Luxury Presence’s policy on international privacy?
  1. Luxury Presence is primarily operated and managed on servers located and operated within the United States. In order to provide our products and services to you, we may send and store your Personal Data outside of the country where you reside or are located, including to the United States. Accordingly, if you reside or are located outside of the United States, your Personal Data may be transferred outside of the country where you reside or are located, including countries that may not or do not provide the same level of protection for your Personal Data. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of Personal Data when it is transferred.
